Where can I find The Box?
The Box is situated in Suites 2, 4 and 6 of The Reform Club, 5 Warwick Row, Coventry CV1 1EX between the Co-op Bank and The Litten Tree Pub.
By Road The Box is just off Junction 5 of the city Ring Road (A4053). If approaching from the south, follow the A46, which becomes the A444, until you reach a sign that reads ‘A4114 City Centre/Cheylesmore’. Take this exit, keeping to the left as you pass by the roundabout. Follow the A4114, London Road, until you reach the turn off for the Ring Road, marked ‘Ring Road / Birmingham A45’. After a short distance on the Ring Road, leave at Junction 5. At the roundabout at the top of the slip road, join the right-hand lane marked ‘City Centre’. At the roundabout by the Police Station, take the first exit onto New Union Street (B4544). Follow this road for a few hundred yards until it turns quite sharply to the left. At this point, you should see The Litten Tree pub directly ahead of you and The Reform Club immediately to its left. There is some on-street parking available outside the offices. By Bus The Box is served by bus numbers 1, 8, 8A, 9, 9A, 11, 11U, 12X, 18A, 21, 23, 23A, 86, 89, 539, 580, 585, U17, X17, 18, X18, X30, X31, X68 and X69. All these buses stop at the stops marked on the map above, either in Greyfriars Road or along New Union Street (B4544). From the bus stop, it is less than two minutes’ walk to reach The Box. By Train Coventry is served by direct trains from cities all over the UK, including Manchester (1 h 59 mins), London (59 minutes) and Birmingham (20 minutes). On leaving the station, follow the signs for the City Centre. You will pass a large glass-fronted office building called Friars House. At the roundabout, take the second exit for New Union Street (B4544). Warwick Row is pedestrianised and runs parallel to this road. You will see The Box on your left. The entrance is marked by white pillars and is next to The Litten Tree Pub. Alternatively, take a taxi … but the walk is only about five minutes. By Air You could fly to The Box, if you wanted. Book your ticket to Birmingham Airport and follow the signs from the airport terminal to Birmingham International Rail Station. From here, its a 10-minute train journey to Coventry, which is the next stop on the line for all trains heading for London. Rail tickets cost £1.90 if using the Virgin Trains service and depart every half hour. Once you arrive at Coventry Station, follow the instructions for By Train from ‘On leaving the station …’
